Oxford University Computing Services Computer Hardware Breakdown Service

If you have not registered with the service before or your card database details have not been stored in our database then you will be asked to register. If you have machines registered with the service and have been asked to register then please contact us as your existing machines will not be listed under a new registration. Your card database details will need to be looked up and entered by us.

Once you've been authenticated with Oxford University's single sign on you will be sent to the home page where the default view should be a list of registered machines. The horizontal menu system should also provide you with the ability to add a new machine.



If you are wanting to register a machine as a student or staff member i.e. as a private user please go to the private individual's page.



If you are logging in as an account holder i.e. you take responsibility for a college or department's machines please go to the account holder's page. Please note that you will need to have registered with us first by sending an email to pcbreakdown@oucs.ox.ac.uk with the following details:
